The Last Three Months and a Giveaway

Well as you all know, the last three months has been so busy for me that I have barely had any opportunity to post anything or keep up with my visits to all of your blogs. I can't believe it's been three months!

Anyway, during that time I have missed a number of things so I thought I would play catch up today.

I have to tell you that I am still amazed at the friendships that I have developed here. Even though I wasn't around as much as I had been, you were all still here. You still came by to visit, and emailed me, and said prayers, and encouraged me so much. You are truely a blessing to me.

~ April 10, 2009 was my one year blogoversary for Rich Gifts.

~ April 25, 2009 I posted my 200th post to Rich Gifts. (I missed my 100th post also which was on 11/20/08.)

~ April 11, 2009 I posted my 100th post to Rich Gifts Graphics and Blog Design.

A New Look For A Sweet Friend

Hi everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! It sure has been nice to take time to slow down just a little this past week. Well, maybe I've just refocused some of the energy. :) I've been making a HUGE mess in my house trying to get the rest of the living room painting finished. It amazes me how fast one can make it nearly impossible to walk through a room.

I've also been doing blog makeovers. Not just mine, but also the winner of my last blog makeover contest, Tammy at Not mine but God's Story. Tammy is a very sweet lady with a taste for refined elegance. She was wonderful to work with and I really enjoyed designing for her.

I always pray that God would give me the right design for the person I'm designing for, and that He would help me to create it. He really does do just that and I'm always so amazed at the end result because I know I couldn't do it without Him. Thank you so much Lord.

It's arrived! It's here! Woo hoo! Yippee!

You don't know what I'm talking about? Oh, I forgot, some of you may not know, some of you have not yet been blessed to meet ADHD-Jo at Monkey's are Funny. Now don't let the name scare you away! ADHD-Jo is NOT a monkey but she IS funny. She has quite a "cheerful heart" healing ministry over at her blog so you must go check it out.

Anyway ~ A couple of weeks ago she decided to join the "Prize Give-away" band wagon so she held a drawing to whoever entered. Here are some of the details from her blog, of what the contest entailed just so you don't get confused.

"Everyone that adds a comment to this post and/or my next three (that's 4 posts total for those of you that are mathematically challenged) will win a prize. I'm not sure what it will be.

So maybe the prize will be a book. maybe it will be something else.
