Hi Edie,

You go girl. We all need to rest at times. My hubby and I are getting ready to go away for a few days of R&R without the kids. Looking forward to the rest. (I will be blogging!)

Have a restful weekend.

You have enriched us spiritually this week, but all that thinking, writing, praying, etc., zaps you! Jesus sought the mountains. Wherever you go and whatever you do, know that He is with you and is your rest today.

Enjoy!

And maybe I'll work on "seeking" instead of "knocking." (Hee! Couldn't resist posting those photos, though.)

Thanks for visiting my blog. I see your taking the day off. Good for you, hope you have and enjoyable, restful weekend.

I tried to put the Button on my blog but it did not work. I put it in a Javascript page element on my sidebar. Any suggestions? Look forward to hearing from you when you return.

Selfishly - sweet relief here! I am exhausted, emotionally & physically after a long day yesterday and another one coming today.

Looking forward to a "vacation" day! And hoping that you too will be refreshed and that all is well with you. Love ya!

Thanks Edie, but I will not be resting anytime soon, we kick off a new ministry called Celebrate Recovery tonight.

Please be in prayer for this ministry.

Thanks,

DeAntwan

Don't you just know it!

This was THE Random Question that I was prepared to study, research, search my heart and put forth my entire effort on. This was the one that I wasn't going to respond with..."Trying to do your RQ"..."Am working on your RQ" etc, and then write, delete, write and delete.

OK, maybe I'm exaggerating just a wee bit.

Just take a break and enjoy your weekend. You've written an emotional and wonderful story this week. :)

Edie, Thanks for the help, but I must be doing something wrong. I still cannot get the button on my sidebar. I've tried several ways but it just won't appear.

Please wait until Monday if you have any other suggestions. Maybe by that time I will have figured it out although my granddaughter will be here this weekend so I probably won't be able to try again until Monday.

Please enjoy your weekend and don't worry about this. My Scripture Tag points back to your blog. I just wanted it to look professional. Maybe that's my problem, I'm a perfectionist and I need to quit that.
Thanks for your help,
AliceE.

Edie,
I tried the Button again this morning and it worked. Sometimes you just have to back away and try again.
Thanks, for all your help.

Hi Edie,

I pray all is well. I loved what your post said about not being afraid to trust the unknown future to a known God. That is so true and so comforting.

Blessings to you today, sweet sis.
