A Child will Lead Them

Do you know what this is? It's my new Faith bracelet. It was made for me by a young girl who's mom has cancer. This young girl is being used by God to produce prayer warriors for her mom. Cindy at Army Brats and Me is this girl's mom.

I wear this bracelet often, and when I'm not wearing it I keep it around the house in visible places so that I am reminded to pray for Cindy. I am praying for you Cindy.

But you know what else? This young girl's bracelet is not only reminding me to pray for her mom, it has also reminded me to pray for many of you as you have needed or as I have thought of you. I won't name you but if I have told you that I would pray for you in some way, I am doing so on a daily basis because of this girl's bracelet.

I am encouraging you to go pay a visit to her, lift her up in prayer, leave her an encouraging comment, and ask how you can get one of these bracelets to remind you to pray for her mom also.

Edie

That is so awesome!

This past year, we had a little boy at an EXPLOSION who made a bracelet that said Do Not Be Afraid and was to remind him that God was always with him.

The next day, another lady in church, a nurse, was in the hospital and noticed a patient fingering a bracelet. As she got closer to it, she realized it was one of ours. She asked the woman about it and the woman said her boy had been to a church and made it and he wanted her to have it and he told her the lesson behind it.

We were so touched when we heard the 'rest of the story' ... an unchurched family - they did not know and serve God - receiving comfort and strength from a bracelet... a little boy who heard a message and was eager to share it's hope with his mother who was facing a serious surgery.

Children are great in God's kingdom.

I went and read Cindy's blog, and cried throughout the whole thing. I love the courage she has, as well as the faith that her girls have. One thing I didn't see though was how much the bracelets were.

Thanks for being a prayer warrior. Off topic- I just looked at your other site, and, Oh my goodness girl! You have absolutely beautiful work!!!!! I love the framed scripture. Can you e-mail me, I have a question for you. heavsparks@yahoo.com

Thanks for passing on the info on Cindy's cite! Heaven

I'm my way to check out Army Brats and me, but wanted to say we need to use whatever means we can to remind us to pray. Pray without ceasing means to me that as God brings people and situations to mind I pray whether I'm at home, in the car(eyes open of course) or wherever I may be. Have a great day.
